On September 29, 2022, McQuaide Blasko attorneys Sean Burke, Phil Miles, and Carolyn Smith presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel of Central Pennsylvania in-house lawyer all-day continuing legal education (CLE) program. The presentation, Inadvertent Disclosures, addressed legal issues, ethical concerns, and best practices regarding attorneys inadvertently disclosing documents and other information. The presenting attorneys covered these issues from both the disclosing and receiving sides.
