Carolyn M. Smith, Philip K. Miles III, Thomas S. Schrack

Recently, at the ACC Central PA’s presentation: In-House Counsel ‘Defending the Corporate House’, McQuaide Blasko attorneys Carolyn M. Smith, Philip K. Miles and Thomas S. Schrack delivered a presentation titled “Navigating Conflicts of Interest Issues in the In-House and Outside Counsel Context”. Delivered to the Association’s members of in-house and corporate counsel, their presentation focused on the Professional Rules of Conduct. Specifically, Carolyn, Phil, and Tom described the Rules’ application to circumstances faced by in house counsel. McQuaide Blasko offers consultation and representation to corporate counsel and their clients in transaction and litigation matters in many areas including health care, education, and banking.
