Jonathan B. Stepanian Receives 1st Civil Litigation Professional Excellence Award

The PBA Civil Litigation Section presented its first Civil Litigation Professional Excellence Award to McQuaide Blasko Shareholder Attorney, Jonathan B. Stepanian. The award recognizes attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to professionalism and integrity. The section utilized the following primary criteria in selecting Jon:
• Excellence in the practice and/or administration of law.
• Professionalism and the faithful adherence to the highest ethical standards.
• Civility, courtesy and fairness in dealing with others.
• Integrity inside and outside the courtroom.
Jon Stepanian focuses his practice on health care law and litigation, including complex medical professional liability defense. He also advises and defends health care providers in connection with professional licensure and administrative agency investigations. As first-chair counsel, he has successfully tried cases to verdict before juries in both federal and state court, including numerous medical professional liability actions on behalf of physicians and other health care professionals.
