Heather L. Bozovich

In 2017, Heather established her own solo practice, where she gained broad experience across multiple areas of law before joining McQuaide Blasko.

Heather’s primary focus is family law. She is drawn to the complexity of family law matters, the diverse legal issues they present, and the opportunity to help clients navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. She has successfully represented hundreds of clients in matters ranging from straightforward divorces to highly contested custody disputes and complex family law litigation. Heather has significant experience handling high-conflict custody cases and regularly serves as a Guardian Ad Litem. She guides clients through every stage of the divorce process, including pre-separation planning, high-asset property division, support matters, custody disputes, and post-judgment litigation. Heather approaches every client relationship by listening carefully, identifying each client’s priorities, and developing a legal strategy tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.

In addition to her family law practice, Heather has extensive experience in municipal law. She currently serves as Solicitor for Clearfield County, as well as several townships and municipalities. In this role, she advises local governments on a wide range of legal matters, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, addressing property and zoning issues, and ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law and Sunshine Act.

Heather’s commitment to serving her community extends beyond her legal practice. She volunteers with the Children’s Aid Society of Clearfield and the Clearfield Revitalization Corporation. She is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she recently completed her term as a member of the House of Delegates and previously served as Zone 11 Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division.
