Brennan C. Weintraub

Brennan Weintraub is an associate who joined the State College Office of McQuaide Blasko, Inc. in 2023 and is primarily focused on Civil Litigation, Family and Collaborative Law, and Environmental Law.

Brennan is a 2020 graduate of Penn State Law in University Park, where he worked closely with the Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law and was an active member of OutLaw and the Environmental Law Society. Brennan also worked as a summer associate for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, where he assisted in remediation efforts and developing implementation guidelines for state regulations.

Prior to joining McQuaide Blasko, Brennan served as a clerk for the Hon. Tamara R. Bernstein at the Cambria County Court of Common Pleas, where he engaged in extensive legal research, writing, and assisted in courtroom procedures in dozens of civil and criminal cases.

Brennan is an active member of the State College community and volunteers frequently with the Centre LGBTQA Support Network and affiliated organizations. He and his partner enjoy cooking and going on hikes around Centre County with their Australian Shepherd.
