Thomas S. Schrack

Tom Schrack, a Shareholder in McQuaide Blasko’s State College office, was recently appointed as a member of the Council of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The purpose of the Business Law Section is to further the development of the law related to business and non-profit corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and associations. The Council is the governing body of the Section.

Tom focuses his practice in business and corporate law. He represents various business and non-profit entities in a wide array of matters, including operational matters, governance matters, sales and acquisitions, and disputes.
