The individuals on the list are selected through a nomination process involving Central Pennsylvania community leaders, local chambers of commerce, and others to identify those whose unique contributions have set them apart as leaders. The list is designed to show the “full spectrum of leadership” that helps shape the Central Pennsylvania community, taking into account the honoree’s career accomplishments and contributions to their communities. Tom and Julia are shareholders in the firm’s State College office. Tom serves as counsel to various business entities, advising his clients on a wide array of legal matters. His representation covers health care, education, construction, restaurants and hotels, retail, and real estate. A large part of Tom’s practice also involves being solicitor for municipalities and municipal authorities. He is actively involved in his community and has served on numerous boards.

Julia has become a highly-regarded family law attorney in central Pennsylvania and beyond. She has significant experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody and support. Julia is dedicated to her community, serving on the boards of several organizations that she is passionate about, often in a leadership role.
