McQuaide Blasko’s Jessica L. Fisher has been named a 2024 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in the practice areas of Estate Planning & Probate Law. This is Jessica’s third year in a row being named as a Rising Star. Super Lawyers rates outstanding lawyers from over seventy practice areas who have demonstrated a high-degree of recognition as a result of their remarkable dedication and efforts in their legal practices. No more than 2.5% of qualifying Pennsylvania attorneys are named to the Rising Stars list annually. In her estate planning practice Jessica prepares a wide array of documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and trusts. As an extension of her estate planning practice, Jessica also assists family farms and small businesses with their business and estate succession planning. In her estate administration and probate practice, Jessica works closely with personal representatives and fiduciaries through all stages of estate and trust administration.
