Joe is an associate in the Hershey office of McQuaide Blasko, Inc. primarily focusing on civil litigation. He is licensed to practice law in California and began his full time legal career in 2021 as a corporate transactional associate with Ropes & Gray LLP in their San Francisco office, primarily representing private equity clients on transactional and ongoing corporate governance matters.
Joe is a 2020 graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review. As a law student, Joe was a federal judicial extern in 2018 for Judge James C. Mahan of the Federal District Court, District of Nevada in Las Vegas. Additionally, Joe was a summer associate with Ropes & Gray LLP in their San Francisco office in 2019. Joe obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2017 from of the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude and majored in finance.
