Jonathan B. Stepanian

On December 13, 2022, shareholder Jonathan Stepanian prepared and presented a Lunch Time Webinar for the PA Defense Institute Professional Liability Committee, in conjunction with the PA Association of Health Care Risk Management, titled “Deja Venue,” regarding the repeal of malpractice venue reforms.  This timely presentation detailed the PA Supreme Court’s reversal of the venue reforms, and provided historical context, legislative developments and defense strategies heading into 2023.
