Through her practice in estate planning and family business succession planning, Jessica prepares a wide array of documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and trusts. In this role, Jessica has the opportunity to work with clients in order to ensure that loved ones are cared for and businesses are protected in a manner that aligns with the clients final wishes. Jessica also has significant experience representing clients with special needs planning and medical assistance planning.
