With a 20-year practice focused on real estate and business transactions, Cristin manages the process by providing legal solutions to meet business and personal needs. She layers this practical approach with efficiency, honed negotiation skills, effective communication and an overall collaborative philosophy to succeed for her clients. Cristin uses this same approach to help strengthen the community at large through dedicated service to local charities and organizations. Cristin serves on the boards of the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County and the Central PA Festival of the Arts, is a past member of the board of the Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund, is a member of the Centre County United Way Women’s Leadership Group, and is the Solicitor for the Centre County Association of Realtors.
