Wayne L. Mowery, Jr. has practiced law with McQuaide Blasko since 1997, representing numerous business and university clients on matters ranging from intellectual property development to government contracts to export compliance. He has worked at length in the areas of:

  • Intellectual property development, licensing, and protection
  • Legal analysis of risk management considerations in university contracting
  • Export compliance review and licensing
  • Legal issues in the operation of library services

Mr. Mowery chairs the firm's Information Technology Committee and has extensive experience representing both high-tech companies (including startups) and businesses in other sectors which use technology in their operations. He has counseled clients in the areas of:
