Suzette Sims joined McQuaide Blasko in 2009 after moving to Pennsylvania from the State of Indiana, where she practiced for nearly 20 years. Suzette's practice has focused on civil litigation, including negligence, wrongful death, business and property disputes, breach of contract, employment discrimination, product liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice, and worker's compensation. Suzette attended Indiana University, Bloomington, where she received a B.A. with honors in 1986 and a J.D. in 1989. She was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1989 and the Pennsylvania bar in 2009. She served as Deputy Attorney General, State of Indiana, from 1993 through 1994 in the tort litigation division. She is a past member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and the Defense Research Institute and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania and Centre County Bar Associations.
