Since he became an attorney more than 30 years ago, Steve Hurvitz has concentrated his practice on the extensive legal needs of businesses, particularly in the area of commercial real estate. His legal services have laid the groundwork for the formation of many prominent Central Pennsylvania companies. He continues to represent longstanding corporate clients in a variety of sectors, from healthcare to education to banking.
Mr. Hurvitz has laid the legal foundation for numerous retail and office developments in Central Pennsylvania. He uses his expertise to assist clients throughout the development process in matters ranging from zoning and permitting to financing to leasing, and property management.
Over the years, Mr. Hurvitz's business clients began turning to him for assistance in family law matters. Today he has extensive expertise in complex matrimonial law issues, particularly those involving business valuation and division of assets. His standing as a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and his designation by Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania "Superlawyer" place him among the top lawyers in the state.
