Julia Cronin Rater received her undergraduate degree with highest honors from St. Vincent College, where she served as President of the Student Government Association. Ms. Rater obtained her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law, where she was a member of the ATLA mock trial team and selected a National Member of the Order of the Barristers. Ms. Rater was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1995. She has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms Rater is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Secretary of the Centre County Bar Association. She is an alumnus of the Leadership Centre County Class of 2005.
