Attorneys: How to avoid HR legal trouble

McQuaide Blasko shareholders Katherine Allen and Janine Gismondi recently advised human resources leaders about the "Top 10 Ways to Avoid Legal Trouble for HR Supervisors and Managers."

The attorneys conducted the Benefits for Breakfast presentation in Mechanicsburg for American Insurance Administrators, Inc., and then repeated the presentation to a broader audience via WebEx.

Based in Mechanicsburg, American Insurance Administrators provides consulting, technology, vendor management, and product brokerage services in the employee benefits and property and casualty areas, both regionally and nationally.

Ms. Gismondi and Ms. Allen are attorneys in McQuaide Blasko's State College office, concentrating their practices on employment law, civil litigation, and higher education law.
