Firm attorneys win defense verdict for hospital

McQuaide Blasko attorneys Jonathan Stepanian and Carolyn Moser recently won a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case against a hospital in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.

The case concerned the propriety of nursing care delivered to a patient, alleging that the care caused traumatic injury to his head and bilateral permanent deafness. After a two-week trial, the jury found that the nurse had acted appropriately and the hospital was not liable.

Mr. Stepanian and Ms. Moser are both resident in McQuaide Blasko's Hershey office and focus their practices on health care law and on providing counsel to health care providers in defense of medical professional liability actions and licensure investigations.
