Ashley Cooper organizes race to benefit Harris Township causes

Firm attorney Ashley D. Cooper organized the 32nd annual Boalsburg Memorial Day Run, which raised approximately $3,500 to benefit Harris Township civic and charitable causes. In previous years, the run has aided organizations such as the Boalsburg Heritage Museum, ClearWater Conservancy, and the Stan Yoder Preserve in Harris Township.

Held on May 28 in conjunction with Boalsburg's annual Memorial Day celebrations, the 3.8-mile race took place in and around the colonial village. Approximately 470 participants crossed the finish line despite extremely warm and humid conditions. This was Attorney Cooper's second year as race director.

Ms. Cooper is an attorney in McQuaide Blasko's State College office, focusing her practice in the areas of business law and estate planning and administration.
