John Blasko wins defense verdict in McKean medical malpractice case

John Blasko, a shareholder in McQuaide Blasko's State College office, obtained a defense verdict last month in a medical malpractice case tried before the Hon. John Cleland, senior judge in the McKean County Court of Common Pleas.

The case had alleged negligent failure on the part of the physician to properly diagnose and treat the plaintiff's cardiac condition, resulting in death. The jury trial during the week of January 23 resulted in a verdict in favor of Mr. Blasko's physician client.

Mr. Blasko focuses his practice on civil litigation, particularly professional negligence defense.
