Maureen A. Gallagher received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her law degree from American University, where she was awarded the Edwin A. Mooers Trophy for Trial Advocacy. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1988 and served until 1990 as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles C. Brown, Jr., Centre County Court of Common Pleas. Ms. Gallagher is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Centre County Bar Association, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Ms. Gallagher's practice is concentrated in the area of professional negligence defense.
